Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We appreciate your commitment to our clinic and strive to provide the best service possible. To avoid a $50 cancellation fee or a no-show fee, please notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Terms and Conditions for Services and Package Purchases

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for all service packages and body sculpting treatments. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the selected package. All treatment packages must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services. Payment plans or pay-per-visit arrangements are not accepted through the clinic, but we offer third party financing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

Except for the non-refundable deposit of $500, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only under exceptional circumstances. Such requests are subject to the sole discretion and the approval of the management team. All approved refunds, excluding the non-refundable $500 deposit, will be issued in the form of store credit only. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. All product purchases are final and non-refundable.
