We appreciate your commitment to our clinic and strive to provide the best service possible. To avoid a $50 cancellation fee or a no-show fee, please notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for all service packages and body sculpting treatments. This deposit will be applied toward the overall package cost.
Refunds, excluding the non-refundable $500 deposit, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and issued as store credit. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds, and all product purchases are final and non-refundable.
